The property was bought in a run-down condition, which required a full upgrade. We did a full refurbishment and extension and doubled the size of the property.

The property was a 3 bedroom semidetached, and was completely in uninhabitable condition. We did a complete refurbishment and upgrade the house to a 5 bedroom with high specs with a large garden and own driveway.
