Country wide most service station properties are owned by the large fuel companies who intern lease out service stations to franchisee/operators. FPG however owns the property and the service station located in Longbeach Noordhoek Cape Town providing a lucrative turn-key business model.
In 2010 the site underwent a revamp by partially demolishing the existing site, extending the forecourt and adding a KFC drive-thru, ATM’s and line shops while trading continuously. Today the site is one of Shell’s best performing sites in the Southern Region.
