We are in the planning process of doing a complete redevelopment to do a residential mixed use scheme up to 25metres (8 floors).
The building comprises an 8-storey apartment block with ground floor retail, podium parking level and residential apartments above. The design is contemporary in nature and uses the articulation of the façade to modulate the buildings form and scale. Notably, the use of face brick in the façade ties into the existing fabric of the area while the colonnade and canopy design on the main road interface encourages pedestrian interaction and foot traffic.
